GerberaAs these showy daisies are best grown in hot, sunny positions, gerberas are popular in tropical and subtropical locations. They do best on raised beds to improve drainage and take care not to bury the crown by planting too deeply. Add some fertiliser and lime if necessary when preparing the bed.

Plant spring to summer for flowers in summer to early autumn.
