VerbenaFree flowering, drought and heat tolerant, Verbena will perform well on most soils. It is a perennial but is usually treated as an annual, although if cut back after winter and fed to promote new growth it may persist for 2-3 years.

Timing:

Plant all year round to flower 6-8 weeks after planting.

Colour:

Pink, mauve, red, purple, salmon, blue, white.

Use:

Massed display, use in clumps to brighten up odd corners, hot, dry spots, rockeries, containers, hanging baskets.
